Ayer terminaba el módulo que he impartido sobre instalaciones sonoras en el Máster Internacional en Creación Multimedia para el Espectáculo de la Escuela LABA de Valencia. A lo largo de este mes hemos puesto en marcha cinco proyectos instalativos en los que el sonido ubicado en el espacio ha sido el protagonista.
Piezas interactivas, multifocales, immersivas, música generativa, montajes site-specific e incluso una intervención en el espacio público. Todo ello no hubiese sido possible sin el increíble grupo de estudiantes que LABA ha reunído en esta segunda edición del master. A veces, más allá de programas educativos, el alumnado es el que tiene el potencial de elevar el trabajo del profesorado, y en LABA lo saben y ello hace que los procesos creativos y formativos se desborden en todas las direcciones posibles.
Un gusto y un placer trabajar con Galoguin, Gero, Diana, Vicente, Anna, David, Laura, Elizabeth, Iorgos, Gustavo, Bina, Chris, Bruno y Kira. Gracias por recordarme que la energía creativa de lo que pasaba en el Summer Camp de Audiotalaia puede trasladarse a otros contextos y momentos.

Yesterday, I finished the module I have taught on sound installations in the International Master's in Multimedia Creation for Performance at the LABA School of Valencia. Throughout this month, we have launched five installation projects in which sound placed in space has been the protagonist.
Interactive pieces, multifocal, immersive experiences, generative music, site-specific setups, and even an intervention in public space. All of this would not have been possible without the incredible group of students that LABA has brought together in this first edition of the master's program. Sometimes, beyond educational programs, it is the students who have the potential to elevate the work of the faculty, and at LABA, they know this, which makes creative and formative processes overflow in all possible directions.
It has been a pleasure and a joy to work with Galoguin, Gero, Diana, Vicente, Anna, David, Laura, Elizabeth, Iorgos, Gustavo, Bina, Chris, Bruno, and Kira. Thank you for reminding me that the creative energy of what happened at the Audiotalaia Summer Camp can be transferred to other contexts and moments.
